Dental Implant Options
Dr. Ally has trained with the world-renowned Misch International Implant Institute. He is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Because of his extensive training and experience with dental implants, Dr. Ally is able to provide successful and beautiful implant restorations for our patients.
Although Dr. Ally does not surgically place implants in our facility, he partners with a local surgeon for our patients to receive the initial phase of implant therapy. Once implants are installed, Dr. Ally will complete the restoration phase of implant treatment.
Types of Implant Restorations
The type of implant restoration that you choose will depend on the number of missing teeth that you are replacing. There is literally something for everyone!
Some of the most common types of restorations that Dr. Ally crafts for dental implants include:
Single Dental Crowns
If you have just one missing tooth, then a single implant and crown will replace that tooth with an artificial one that looks and feels like the real thing.
Multiple Tooth Bridges
Implants are capable of supporting an enormous amount of weight. Because of that, implant bridges can be placed on just two or three implants and replace several teeth at one time.
Need to replace all of your teeth at once? An implant overdenture provides added stability and comfort to patients that struggle to wear conventional removable dentures.
What are Dental Implants?
Implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium, anchored into the jaw like a real tooth. Because titanium is very biocompatible, your body forms new bone around the artificial root, securing it for life.
